We only work on cars, but our founder, John, once decided to own a Harley-Davidson Nightster, and had to modify it to meet his desires. This bike was bought new and un-palleted. Modifications were simple but effective. Vance and Hines short shot staggered pipes replaced the original Harley pieces after 10 miles. A Screamin' Eagle high flow intake and race tuner were installed and the bike was tuned. Anderson Cams were installed to assist with power of the small bike. The original Harley black paint was wet sanded and buffed up to Anderhart Speed standards. All plastic pieces were removed and replaced with custom fabricated aluminum pieces were necessary to remove the “mass productions” aesthetics. Rear suspension was modified to lower the rear of the bike. The tank front was raised, and the wiring was hidden below the fuel tank. Biltwell drag bars were added with Harley grips to get the rider position correct, maintaining the original mid-mount controls. Lighting was modified and updated to LED, and smoked lenses were installed on everything.
